Woodcross Resources established and operates Kaboni Capture Solutions to turn underutilized agricultural and forestry residues — such as coffee husks, peanut husks, rice husks, maize cobs, and sugarcane bagasse — into high-quality biochar that supports farmer livelihoods, improves soil health, and creates a scalable pathway for durable carbon removal.

Our processing facility sits at Plot 51, Block 24 at Nyakakoni, Isingiro, Uganda — inside a 200 km catchment of some of East Africa's most productive farmland, and close to Woodcross Resources' refinery in Mbarara.
